Whether you manage uniforms for an established global brand or are choosing uniforms for your new small business, the same questions seem to be asked of us. 1. How do I make a uniform represent our brand?

Our experts will help you develop the perfect uniform based on your brand guidelines, colours, style and logos. We make sure that we really understand your brand before putting together initial moodboards to show how we can make the brand come to life in the uniform designs. We can choose fabrics, colours and product styles to suit the essence of your brand to give an overall cohesive feel.

2. How do you incorporate our brand colours in the uniforms?

We will use your brand colours to recommend certain products. We are also able to create bespoke pieces based on your brand colours if we can’t match our stock products to what you require.

3. Will our uniforms need to change seasonally?

This will depend on the nature of your business. If for example you require safetywear for the roles within your business, you may need to use the same protective clothing all year round. However, you may wish to add additional base layers in the winter should your employees be open to the elements. With a rise in Al Fresco dining over the past year, we have supported some of our hospitality clients with finding alternatives to their normal ‘inside’ working attire. If your staff are working outside, they may require items like bodywarmers when the weather does get colder. Naturally, whilst short sleeved shirts may be ideal for the summer months, you may wish to kit your staff out with long sleeved shirts for the winter months.

4. Will I need to buy different uniform for men and women?

We stock a large range of unisex clothing which allows for our clients to choose a uniform that both men and women can wear. However, many of our clients choose to incorporate male and female items into their uniform range such as skirts, dresses and shorts. We are happy to advise on tailored fits to suit men and women and bespoke suiting should that be appropriate.

5. How can I make sure our uniforms are practical?

We have many years’ of experience when it comes to giving advice on which uniforms would be practical in the workplace. Whether this be in the hospitality or construction industry, we know what works. We are here to make suggestions such as whether you might require short aprons vs full length aprons or hi vis protective wear vs ARC Flash rated protective clothing.

6. How can I make sure that my staff are safe at work?

Understanding the dangers within the workplace will help to guide you in the right direction when it comes to uniform choice. We keep up to date with worldwide safety ratings and make sure that our products are compliant with the latest regulations.

7. How long will my order take?

This will depend on what you order in terms of quantity and type of product. If you order off the shelf stock products, the turnaround will generally be quicker than if you were to order bespoke products that need to be made specifically to meet your requirements. If you need a large quantity we may not have the stock available so will need to make an order to our suppliers.

8. Do you hold stock?

If you require us to hold stock so that it can be dispatched when needed, we have the facilities to do this. This is a requirement that can be discussed so that we can make sure we always hold enough stock for what you will require over a time period.

9. Do you have a minimum order requirement?

The answer to this is no. We will always try and facilitate any order, small or large.

10. What is the Clothing for Events 5 step process?

  1. Brief

  2. Ideas & Initial concepts
